1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and boda8my2 ("Platform" or "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the boda8my2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• The user is found to have provided false information during registration or during the identity verification process.
• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• There is suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• A request from the user themselves to close the account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the boda8my2 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid account balance will be returned to the user once all checks have been completed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.
